At M3lme, we understand that sometimes you may need to modify or cancel your order. We aim to make this process simple and transparent while respecting the handmade nature of our products.

Order Cancellation Window

Stage Details
Before Production / Within 24 Hours You may cancel your order within 24 business hours of placing it for a full refund, no questions asked.
Orders Already Shipped If your order has already been shipped via FedEx International, it cannot be canceled. You may still qualify for a return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
After 24 Hours Cancellations may not be possible if your order is already in production.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Refund Stage Details
Cancellations within 24 Hours Full refund to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.
Orders Returned After Shipping Refund processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

Exceptions

Exception Details
Shipped or Delivered Orders Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be canceled.
Final Sale Items Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion clearly marked as final sale cannot be canceled or refunded.
