Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection Scope

M3LME TEAM collects only the information necessary to perform technical financial services. This includes contact details and technical environment specifications (such as your current QuickBooks® version) provided during the intake process.

Security Protocol Zero-Knowledge Policy: Our technicians do not store, view, or record master passwords for your financial accounts. During remote sessions, customers enter sensitive credentials directly into their own local environment.

2. Financial Data Handling

During data migrations or cleanup services, your financial files (.QBW, .QBB) are handled via AES-256 encrypted tunnels. We do not maintain copies of your financial databases on our permanent servers after the service verification phase is complete and the client has approved the final reconciliation.

3. Third-Party Processing (Stripe)

Payment information is processed directly by Stripe. M3LME TEAM does not have access to your full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Stripe's use of your personal information is governed by their own Privacy Policy.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or lease client data to third parties. Data is only shared when necessary to fulfill a specific service request or to comply with legal authorities.
