Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service-Based Model

M3LME TEAM provides specialized technical services including QuickBooks® data migration, platform transfers, and bookkeeping. Because these services involve professional labor and technical execution, we operate under a strict performance-based refund structure.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service request at any time before the technical session begins. Once our architects have established a secure remote connection and initiated data handling or migration protocols, the service is considered "In-Progress."

Standard Cancellation: If cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Refund Eligibility

We take pride in our Reconciliation Proof system. Refunds are typically only issued under the following circumstances:

  • The technical migration is determined to be impossible due to severe file corruption beyond recovery.
  • M3LME TEAM is unable to fulfill the service within the agreed-upon timeline.

Note: Refunds are not provided for "change of mind" once data architecture work has been completed and verified against the source file.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there is an error in your data migration or bookkeeping report, please notify our support team at contact@m3lme.com within 7 business days. We will provide a secondary audit and correction at no additional cost to ensure your records are 100% accurate.
