IMPORTANT: M3LME TEAM IS AN INDEPENDENT TECHNICAL SERVICE ENTITY. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH, SPONSORED BY, OR ENDORSED BY INTUIT, INC. QUICKBOOKS® IS A REGISTERED TRADEMARK OF INTUIT.

1. Scope of Services

M3LME TEAM provides technical data architecture, QuickBooks® migration, and professional accounting services. All services are performed remotely via secure encrypted protocols. By purchasing our services, you grant our technicians limited access to your workstations for the sole purpose of technical execution.

2. Data Responsibility

While we apply rigorous audit protocols (Reconciliation Proofs), the client is responsible for maintaining an original backup of all financial data prior to the initiation of any migration or cleanup service.

3. Payment & Security

All payments are processed securely. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Service delivery begins only after payment confirmation and the signing of a specific Service Engagement Letter.

4. Limitation of Liability

M3LME TEAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of third-party software or data platform changes initiated by the software manufacturer.
