M3LME is an independent technical service provider. Our work is limited to the setup, migration, cleanup, repair, and ongoing maintenance of accounting software files (such as QuickBooks and Sage 50), and to installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for related software including tax preparation and payroll tools.

Nothing we do or say — including guidance given during a support session, a diagnostic report, or a written project summary — should be interpreted as tax advice, legal advice, financial advice, or an audit of your books for compliance purposes.

2. No Professional Advisory Relationship

Using our services does not create an accountant-client, CPA-client, or attorney-client relationship. If your situation requires tax filing decisions, legal interpretation, audit representation, or financial planning, you should consult a licensed CPA, enrolled agent, tax attorney, or financial advisor.

3. Not Affiliated With Software Vendors

M3LME is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc., The Sage Group plc, or any other software vendor referenced on this site. Product names, logos, and trademarks (including QuickBooks®, Sage®, TurboTax®) remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Accuracy of Work & Client Responsibility

• We take reasonable technical care in every project and follow the QA checklist described on our Pricing & Plans page.
• You remain responsible for verifying that your financial records are accurate and complete for your own business, tax, and legal purposes.
• We recommend you review completed work — and have your accountant or tax preparer review it where relevant — before relying on it for filings or decisions.
• Where full file recovery is not technically possible, we will tell you plainly rather than guess at a result.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M3LME is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or penalties resulting from inaccurate filings made using files we have worked on.
