- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: m3lme covers the return shipping cost.
- Change-of-mind or non-defective returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
