1. Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours (business days) of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered production or shipment.
After this 24-hour period, cancellation may no longer be possible if the order is already being prepared, handcrafted, or shipped.
2. Handmade, Custom, and Made-to-Order Items
Many of our products — including handcrafted Moroccan ceramic bowls, tagines, serving sets, and Safi ceramic plates — are handmade or made to order.
- Orders for custom or made-to-order items may only be canceled before production begins.
- Once production has started, these orders become non-cancelable, as permitted under U.S. consumer law for personalized goods.
- If you need to modify a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before production begins.
3. Orders That Have Already Shipped
Orders that have already been shipped (via DHL or another carrier) cannot be canceled.
However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, where applicable.

- Any non-refundable transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment processors may be deducted where applicable and permitted by law.
