At M3lme, we handcraft our ceramics in the Middle Atlas Mountains of Morocco, and ship them directly to our customers worldwide. We are committed to transparency regarding shipping costs, delivery times, customs responsibilities, and processing procedures.

Shipping Destinations

All shipments are sent directly from our workshops in Morocco via FedEx International

We ship to: United States addresses only

We do NOT ship to: Non‑U.S. addresses, P.O. boxes, or APO addresses

Orders with a non‑U.S.shipping address will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Shipping Options

All orders are shipped via FedEx International with a tracking number to ensure your product arrives safely and quickly.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Customs Responsibility Customs duties and import taxes are NOT included in our product or shipping prices. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country.
Additional Fees Your local customs authority determines these fees. FedEx may contact you before delivery to collect government-mandated charges.
Refused Shipments If customs fees are refused and the package is returned or abandoned, original shipping costs and return fees may be deducted from your refund.

U.S. Sales Tax

M3lme does not collect U.S. sales tax. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount charged by our store.

Remote Areas Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times due to limited carrier coverage.

Address Accuracy

Customer Responsibility Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. M3lme is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returned Packages If a package is returned due to an address error, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Packaging & Handling

Each order is carefully wrapped with protective materials, sealed in a waterproof shipping bag or tube, and labeled with handling instructions. We use environmentally friendly packaging materials where possible.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Issue Action
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders If your order arrives damaged, is lost, or significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at contact@m3lme.com within 30 calendar days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number, tracking number, and photos (if applicable). We will open a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund once verified.
