At m3lme, we are committed to safely delivering your products. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively to the United States (USA).

  • We do not ship to any international destinations outside of the USA.

2. Handling Time (Processing)

All orders are processed and packaged for shipment from our location in Morocco.

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared for shipping within 2–3 business days.
  • Business Days: Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Custom or Personalized Orders may require additional handling time.

3. Shipping Options & Total Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via FedEx. The total delivery time includes handling plus transit.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your order is an international shipment from Morocco.

  • These fees are not included in your item price and are typically collected upon delivery by FedEx.
  • Customs regulations and fees are determined by U.S. authorities and may change without notice. We have no control over these charges.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Reshipment fees may apply.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.

Provide your order number, tracking number, and photos if applicable. Once verified, we will work with FedEx to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.

7. Packaging & Handling

All orders are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
